We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the people that made our 2012 Oregon Orchid Show & Sale a great success!
First, and foremost, thank you to all the volunteers that spent hours, and even days, of their own time to prepare for the show or who volunteered at the show to manage the plant hotel, work at the cashier station, the ticket sales, ribbon judges, information table, promotion prior to the show and, of course, our hall monitors! Without your help, this show would not have been possible. And the same thanks goes to the Cherry City Orchid Society, Mary Gardner and the Sunset Empire Orchid Society for adding even more color to our exhibit with their excellent displays.
To all that participated in our society display – whether by donating plants or by spending your time putting it all together: it was a fantastic effort – thank you!
Thank you to the AOS judges that came to Portland to evaluate the many fantastic orchids and displays.
And to our vendors that worked so hard to put up great displays and bring to Portland an amazingly diverse array of orchids for sale: thank you!

We’d like to thank the Ambridge Event Center for their excellent venue and untiring efforts to make sure our show went off without a hitch. It was a great place for our show.
And last, but not least, we’d like to thank the many people that came out on a beautiful weekend to see the 67th Annual Oregon Orchid Show and shop from our vendors. We hope that you all had a great time. Our aim is to share with you the fascinating nature of the orchid, to offer what we know about how to grow orchids and to partner with you in orchid conservation efforts. Come back to our 2013 show and, in the meantime, please don’t be strangers. We want to be a resource for you – stay in touch!
